Bore da Year 6, details for mini mission 2 are now available on this week’s planner. Follow the link to see more details and to upload your picture.
For this mission, we would like you to consider what you would like to be when you grow up. Here’s what you need to do:
Firstly, have a discussion with a family member about what you would like to be when you grow up. If you’re unsure think about things that you enjoy, your interests and your strengths, and make a list of the possible job types that might be of interest to you in the future before making your decision.
Next, get creative and create a collage/poster/mural of the job title that you have chosen – this could be anything from a nurse to a teacher, a scientist, a sportsperson or even an astronaut. You can write your chosen job title on paper or even create a collage in the garden using chalks/leaves/stones/twigs etc.
Finally, take a picture of yourself with your art work, either holding it if it’s in poster form or sitting next to it if it’s a collage/mural on a larger scale! Be as creative as you can! Remember to include only the job title e.g. ‘Doctor’, ‘Vet.’ You DO NOT need to include the words ‘when I grow up, I want to be…’ and you must be in the picture too – you might even want to dress up in a specific uniform if this is relevant to the job you have chosen. Have fun!
