We’ve had another busy week in the Ladybirds class learning new skills through our theme ‘We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’. We are SO proud of the performance we recorded this week, we hope you all enjoyed watching it on Seesaw!
We’ve also been very creative and developed our fine motor and scissor skills. We worked together to create bears using natural materials and our independent ‘Must Do Job’ this week was to create our very own Bear.
We asked and answered the question ‘Sut wyt ti?’ (How are you?) and talked about our feelings and how we can help our friends if they feel sad. We had fun changing our facial expressions to show how we feel…
In Maths we have practised reading numbers and counting with 1:1 correspondence by putting the teddies on the bus! We also did some problem solving, finding the oldest and youngest bears by putting them in size order!
It has been a great week! We are looking forward to moving on to a new ‘Story of the Week’ next week…I wonder what it will be?!
Don’t forget it will be ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ on the 14th October – please try to wear something green.
